Natural and Organic Food

Natural and organic foods can be one of the keys to a healthy life. Natural and organic foods should NOT contain any fertilizers or pesticides, no ionizing radiation, growth hormones, or food additives. Natural and organic foods will have more vitamins, nutrients, cancer preventing or fighting antioxidants, promote a better, healthier you and also have a positive impact on the environment (provides better soil quality).

From my experience eating natural and organic foods have improved the quality fo my life, I feel I have more energy, I have lost weight, and I have regular visits to the bathroom. I look for foods that are at least 95% organic on the label but yo don’t have to go that far, at least 70% of the food must be organic to be considered organic. So you know I don’t eat organic food 100% of the time because I like fast food now and then, so I eat organic the majority of the time so I keep a god balance, I mean come on we have to live a little and eat junk food.
